What is it like to

  • We are a team of highly-trained, female advisers. We won’t judge you or tell you what to do; we are here to listen.

  • We will empower you to understand your options and support you to make any decisions about the future.

  • We can support you to increase your safety. We can help you find a refuge place, or other specialist services.

  • We can talk in confidence, in many different languages, 24-hours a day, 365 days a year, for as long as you need.

Support for men experiencing domestic abuse

We recognise that men can experience domestic abuse too. Nobody should have to live in fear of their partner. There are specialist services to support men.
